Hi everybody! This blog is created to share my knowledge, experience and my resources with all interested people.

The starting point is: Integrity of Body, Mind and Spirit is fundamental for a good, happy life.

Body. What we eat and drink – affects not just our bodies but affects our brains activity. Everybody experiences this on daily basis: irritability as an effect of dehydration, arousal after a coffee too strong …foggy head after a heavy meal…

Mind. Our thoughts affect our body functioning – more significantly that we used to think. And thoughts reach far deeper than our organs functioning – they affect our cells and they might alter our DNA (I’ll be writing soon about this stuff). The DNA information not only decides about our health and longevity but also goes to our children and grandchildren.

On a mental plan:

Our thoughts create our beliefs  kemikoaprilo

Our beliefs create our habits

Our habits create our deeds

Our deeds create our destiny

Spirit. Everybody has some concepts about spirituality (even rejecting spirituality is a concept about it). We don’t have to fight who has a better concept; we can simply use an inquiry to  see how spirituality might broader our understanding of our life. Like in 3D pictures: the third dimension – spirituality – enhances what we can perceive.

Our beliefs are never fully objective: there are always reasons for what we believe. Instead going to lengthy discussions in this topic –  I’d like to propose one little question: who is able to notice your thoughts right now? Who is switching from thinking to noticing thoughts?

I call this – the Observer.  Who is the Observer? Is this you, or do you think your thoughts are who you are?

And another interesting question: what is your Mind, and where is your Mind actually located?

Do you use to follow common beliefs that your mind is a function of your brain? Well, I was believing in this (especially being trained as a psychologist); but then I’ve read some hot stuff, written by new frontiers scientists, about Consciousness, Resonance, and Quantum Physics. And I started to think more – out of the box.

One of these guys asked a simple question: what if the mind, or the consciousness is located out of our brain, and our brains are tuned (for better or worse) to the universal consciousness (like computer stations to the Internet)? And – what is that, the universal consciousness?

Stay with me. Exploring how our guts bacteria shapes our behaviour is not less fascinating than thinking where is the consciousness located! And that is not just for stretching mental muscles – but to see reality with less filters and to have more fulfilled and joyful life.
